When and where is the tournament?
The 4th Annual tournament is Saturday, September 5, 2026 at Country View Golf Club, 240 W. Beltline Road, Lancaster, TX 75146. Registration and breakfast open at 7:00 AM with an 8:00 AM shotgun start.
Who do the proceeds support?
Proceeds support two causes close to our mission: outreach for the homeless in the DFW region and scholarship funding for students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Every dollar raised gets reported back to our community after the event.
How do I register a foursome or sign up solo?
Use the Register button to lock in a foursome or sign up as an individual — we'll match singles into a group. Spots are limited and tend to fill 6–8 weeks out, so the earlier the better.
What's included with my entry?
Entry covers green fees, cart, range balls, breakfast and lunch on the course, a tournament gift, and entry to our awards reception. Mulligans, raffle tickets, and on-course contests are available the morning of.
What sponsorship options are available?
Packages range from hole sponsorships to title sponsorship of the event. Email sponsors@turnerkindredbarnesgolf.com and we'll send the current sponsor deck.
Can I volunteer if I don't golf?
Absolutely — most of our volunteer crew doesn't play. We need help at registration, on contest holes, at the silent auction, and during the awards reception. Drop us a note at volunteer@turnerkindredbarnesgolf.com.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Donations and the charitable portion of sponsorships are generally tax-deductible. We'll provide a receipt with the appropriate breakdown for your records. Please consult your tax professional for advice on your specific situation.
